Lake Point Tower
505 North Lake Shore Drive Chicago - IL 60611 The 70-story apartment building was converted to condominiums. The design developed various layout scenarios and options combining units for future buyers. In addition, and in a different phase the Cite’ restaurant on top 70th floor and the building’s commercial area at the base, were redesigned for needed interior refreshment.
