In asociation with Applied Real Estate Analysis, Inc.(AREA)
to identify real estate development potential and alternative
re-use strategies for three vacant automobile dealerships
on Milwauke's west side, two miles from downtown. The
sudy included field work and evaluation of the conditions,
interviews with key individuals, and a thorough market
assessment. Based on this data, short and long term plans
were deveeloped.
