A plan for the revitalization of Chicago's historic Greektown. The multi-use development includes a plaza, museum, community space, professional space, a church, a cultural center, retail space, entertainment, residential space and for public areas and cultural institutions. The design of the tiled roof buildings built up in levels to stimulate the landscape of a Greek island with natural hills. These levels accommodate six parking levels and mechanical, maintenance spaces.
